The company Luksche exists for over 70 years as a competent partner for health issues from birth up until old age. With four stores, an online shop and a field service team, customers are advised and supported.
We were entrusted with the task of enabling the processing of prescription notes online as well in order to offer customers an additional service that makes the shopping experience at Luksche even more convenient.
The processing of prescription notes is complex and requires precise handling by the service provider, which is why it is important to define a clear process flow. On the other hand, the process should be made as simple as possible for the customer.
After a requirements analysis, which was carried out together with our contacts at Luksche, the decision was made for Odoo as tool of choice - supplemented by an individually developed module, which can display the administration of prescription notes and also represents an easy-to-use front-end interface for the homepage.
